By attending and participating in "ASC Arena 2025 Sports tournament-Winter Classic " you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Voluntary Participation:
a. You acknowledge that your participation/attendance in the event is voluntary. 
b. You certify that you are in good health and fully capable of participating in the event. You further acknowledge that you should not participate unless you are medically able to do so. 

Publicity Waiver: By attending the tournament, you grant permission to ASC to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any record of this event for any legitimate purposes.

Assumption of Risk: You are aware that participating/attending in the event entails certain risks, including but not limited to the possibility of transmission of diseases, slips and falls, scrapes, twists, and jolts that could result in scratches, bruises, injuries, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic and course conditions, sprains, lacerations, fractures, concussions, or, in extreme cases, even death. 

Waiver and Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in sports activities organized by Anbu Sports Club. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, and death, which may occur as a result of my participation. By signing this waiver, I agree to release and forever discharge Anbu Sports Club, its directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action that I may have now or in the future, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
